THE BOW BLOUSE

Introducing to you my current obsession: The bow blouse.

The bow blouse—my favorite type of blouse to wear, a beautiful silhouette that I have always loved to dress in and it’s a versatile look you can wear a number of ways—casual or formal.

I chose to take the more formal route and pair this shirt with one of my favorite Gucci skirts. (Side note: I bought this skirt at a local luxury consignment shop. I think consignment stores are great options as you can find unique affluent pieces there; it’s like a treasure hunt for me every time I walk in! I’ll talk more about this in a future blog post). I know I can’t resist a bow—especially a big bow that’s placed over one shoulder, so as soon as I found this top, I had to get it! Even though bows can be fussy, this shirt is anything but. The draped style and oversized bow makes this top elegant and classy. I bought this shirt in a size small and chose to pair it with a black bottom, although pairing it with a white pant would truly be an ethereal look. Which is most likely how I will wear it next!
